A new swim school has opened in Hoover, a franchise from Birmingham, Michigan. Goldfish Swim School is focused on indoor swim lessons and water safety education for children aged four months to 12 years. There are programs available for different age groups and levels of experience. Goldfish boasts a maximum ratio of 4:1 students to teacher so you can be sure your child is receiving the one-on-one attention they need. Plus, the pool is heated to 90 degrees Fahrenheit so it’s always shiver free. Students aged 5-12 who are more advanced can also opt to join the swim team where they’ll continue to work on mastering the four major swim strokes in a fun, team environment. Goldfish also offers Family Swim programs, where parents and children can literally test the waters together, as well as free water safety demos.
