Birmingham Non-Profit to Host Record-Breaking Dinner for a Cause

October 7 @ 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Urban Purpose, a Christ-centered ministry serving Birmingham’s homeless and hurting population, invites the entire community to partake in a record-breaking dinner event, “A Seat at the Table” presented by Stewardly Advisors, on Monday, October 7th, at Railroad Park.
The event aims to set the record for the “Biggest Table in Birmingham,” offering attendees a feast of delicious Bob Sykes Bar-B-Q, live music, and family-friendly entertainment for just $15 per ticket in the heart of the Magic City. As a show of their support, the Birmingham Mayor’s Office will be represented at the event with an official proclamation of this historic effort. Most importantly, the event supports Urban Purpose’s drive to provide a seat at the table for everyone, including our unhoused brothers and sisters who will join in the meal and festivities.

We hope this event will inspire our city to embrace those experiencing homelessness and join us in creating lasting solutions.”
