Join me for Baby Jams, a baby-wearing dance + fitness class for new parents, pregnant moms or caregivers! Get fit and have fun with your baby and friends.
I love dancing with my baby and doing light, loving, interactive exercises with her. It keeps me healthy and keeps her engaged. I’ve started Baby Jams, so new parents or caregivers can enjoy time out of the house with their little ones while getting some exercise with a fun community. This class will be pregnancy safe as well and a great way to meet fellow parents.
You can strap your baby to you with a wrap, a carrier, or just hold them while we groove to great music and participate in light muscle building exercises/dances safe for pregnant and postpartum moms.
