In an age where it is a common practice in mainstream enterprise to reduce arts and culture to a hollow caricature of itself, Soultopian Society* strives to offer individuals a “cultural rest haven”, an alternative to the norm where they can explore, absorb, and enjoy various creative platforms…all of which embody depth and a soulful aesthetic; this is our credo.

Get ready to immerse yourself in the soulful atmosphere of SOULTOPIA! Through this event, we are raising funds to bolster our arts and culture programming and artist support initiatives. We have quite the experience lined up for you! The night will include spins from DJ Rahdu, the sounds of our house band – R&B Vibes Live, spoken word from Glennwood Urbz and Joi Miner, live painting by Ahmad Austin, the lyrical genius of BeShaun Leavell, sultry sounds from singer/songwriter Fayth Hope, and rocking with us all the way from Charlotte, NC…Groove 8! Guiding us through the evening will be poet/emcee Thed Weller.

There will also be a number of vendors on hand selling goods such as jewelry, health and beauty products, and funky clothing. SOULTOPIA is a communal atmosphere where patrons and connoisseurs of the arts can fellowship with one another and be stimulated not only by the sights and sounds of the night, but also by the spirit of camaraderie. This event is indeed a cultural rest haven.
